Rui Macedo (b. 1975) is a visual artist based in Lisbon, Portugal.

He holds a PhD in Painting from the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Lisbon, Portugal (2017).

His works are part of several art collections, including Portuguese State Collection (PT), Culturgest (PT), Museu Nacional de Arte Contemporânea (PT), the Benetton Foundation/Imago Mundi Collection (IT), IVAM–Art Modern Institute Museum of Valencia (ES), Museu Nacional da República (BR), Fundação D.
